Match Report Press Report

Chichester Vets 2 Lost to Fair Oak Vets in a one-sided match.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 2 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 2 string should have been the closest, with only 21 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, James Wadley, did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 3 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 120 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Stuart Hartley.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 3 string, Stuart Hartley, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 3 string, Stuart Hartley, who over-turned a 942 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
